Local women entrepreneurs now have access to a market of approximately 2.7 billion people .
This, according to Trade Minister Paula Gopee-Scoon, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the International Trade Centre and ExporTT for the launch of a 'SheTrades' hub.
She says this country has become the first in the region to do this, and believes it empowers women during the current pandemic.
