All systems are in place for the planned shutdown of WASA's Caroni Water Treatment Plant tomorrow, Thursday.
Confirmation came from the Authority's Chief Executive Officer, Alan Poon King, who said the nature of the work requires the total shutdown of the plant from 6am to 6pm.
