Senior citizens in Tobago were the recipients of Zoom training recently. This, as Head of the THA's Division of Community Development, Marslyn Melville-Jack, announced during the THA's Post Executive Council Media Briefing, that vocational skills training was made available online as a result of COVID-19 restrictions. According to Mrs. Melville-Jack, the programme was accessed by hundreds of people, which included over 20 senior citizens from Tobago. She hailed the programme as a huge success and said the initiative will continue into 2021. The THA Assemblyman noted the world continues to advance and therefore, senior citizens will continue to be included.
