Government has announced its plans to revitalise the City of Port of Spain.
The project will be undertaken by the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT) in conjunction with the Ministry of Planning and Development.
Government's plans were announced by Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley, who said Port of Spain has suffered from urban decay for a long time.
