The Water Taxi Pedestrian Overpass, which connects the Brian Lara Promenade to the International Waterfront Centre, has officially opened.
Works and Transport Minister, Rohan Sinanan, says although the project was ten months behind schedule due to the pandemic and other factors, it comes within budget.
