16 Days Of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, reports showed an alarming increase in violence against women globally. Starting today, with the observance of International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and ending on the 10th December with Human Rights Day, T&T will be joining the rest of the world in '16 Days of Activism' to eliminate violence against women and girls. Antoinette Jack-Martin, Director of Gender Affairs Division at the Office of the Prime Minister, and Brandon La Caille, the Artistic Director, Arts in Action, Department of Creative and Festival Arts, the UWI, tell us more.
