You Cannot Test Your Way Out Of Risk Warns Epidemiologist Dr. Hinds

You cannot test your way out of risk. This was the warning given by Epidemiologist Dr Avery Hinds, who said although you can test and get a negative reading one day, you can still be incubating the virus. At Wednesday's Ministry of Health press conference, Dr. Hinds presented a few slides from the County Health Department in the State Department of Ohio, which showed that persons can still spread the virus even if they do not present symptoms. In an effort to show the interconnectivity among people, he classified the circles that people exist in. He said some may believe their circle includes people at their workplace and their families only, but it may actually include persons from the gym, persons at their children's classes, and persons in their partner's workplace. Because there may be asymptomatic people at gatherings for the Christmas season, he once again urged the public to refrain from hosting these events.
