The Rapid Fire Kids Foundation is bringing light to, and lifting the spirits of persons who use the Palmiste Park in San Fernando
Organisation Founder, Kevin Ratiram, told TTT News that in the current dark pandemic time, doing this for the children and residents was important.
He also revealed plans for his Foundation to take their annual school treat to homes in the area.
Mr. Ratiram says it will be bigger but in keeping with COVID protocols.
