MSDFS On World AIDS Day

The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services (MSDFS) says it remains committed to doing more for people who live with HIV/AIDS. Delivering the feature address at the Ministry's World Aids Day prize-giving ceremony, Social Development and Family Services Minister, Donna Cox said the Ministry takes seriously its responsibility to ensure persons living with the virus are afforded access to programmes, grants and services. She said her Ministry continues to work towards the establishment of an inclusive and enabling environment. Minister Cox also encouraged members of the public to get tested regularly. The Ministry recently hosted an HIV/AIDS Ribbon Hunt and the winners were awarded for their participation during Tuesday's ceremony. #MSDFS
