NP Donates Devices To 12 Schools

The Trinidad & Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited has stepped in and heeded the call by the Ministry of Education to assist with getting devices to children in need. NP has donated a total of 70 tablets, which was presented to the Principals of twelve schools on Wednesday. Via release, the company said it fervently believes the safety and education of our nation's children is paramount. It added that as the COVID-19 pandemic gave rise to challenges to many students in accessing online learning, it was NP's obligation and distinct honour to partner with the Ministry of Education in the Adopt-a-School: "No Child Left Behind" public engagement initiative. In two synchronised presentation ceremonies the company presented the Principals and some students of twelve Primary Schools with the devices. Among the schools benefitting from this donation are Barrackpore ASJA, St. Phillip's Government, La Romaine Government, Crystal Stream Government, and Montrose Road Vedic Primary School.
