New WASA Board Appointed

The Water and Sewerage Authority has a new Board of Commissioners. Cabinet today agreed to the appointment of the new Board to be headed by its Chairman, Dr. Lennox Sealy. Mr. Sealy is an experienced Consultant specialising in organisational transformation and development. Other Commissioners include Attorney at Law, Ravindra Nanga, Geologist Ramnarine Clive Dookie, Civil Engineer Danford Mapp, Engineer Acherson Wells, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Public Utilities, Beverly Khan, Chief Financial Officer Carol Austin, and Accounting and Management expert, Joel Edwards. The appointment was made following the expiration on November 30th of the tenure of the previous Board, which was headed by Romney Thomas.
