Cemex Track Tool Launched

Leveraging the innovative technology of its parent company CEMEX, Trinidad Cement Limited is now giving customers the opportunity to have real time access to viewing their delivery status. This can now be done from their cell phones or personal devices/computers using a simple website. This service is being provided as part of the company's enhanced value offer to customers especially within the current COVID changes. The Cemex Track Tool allows customers to view their order with the click of a button and you can now see where your delivery truck's location. Country Manager, Guillermo Rojo explained, this tool allows the company to provide real time information that is critical to clients in a transparent manner. Currently the tool has been implemented for cement customers and it is expected that concrete customers will be able to track their delivery as early as January.
