Firework explosions cause a great amount of fear, anxiety, and stress to animals. This, according to Zoological Officer at the Emperor Valley Zoo, Sharleen Khan.
Speaking to TTT News on the effects of fireworks on animals, Ms. Khan said the loud explosions affect wildlife, domesticated animals, and are also a nuisance to people. She added that a ban on loud fireworks is needed.
