130 Nationals Return Home Today

Approximately 130 people will be arriving in Trinidad today, Tuesday, from New York. The Ministry of Health confirmed the last port of call for the returnees was New York, but said they will be returning from several countries. At Monday’s Press Conference, the Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh, confirmed that UK Nationals would be on board a flight which is returning on Wednesday January 6th. Minister Deyalsingh said the UK Nationals would be quarantined for a period of 14 days. The flight is scheduled to leave from Barbados. The final flight for the week, which is scheduled for Saturday 9th, will be coming in from Miami. The Ministry of Health confirmed that there will be approximately 130 people per flight.
