The Minister of Youth Development and National Service Fitzgerald Hinds toured the St. Michael's Home for Boys in Diego Martin on Saturday.
Flanked by representatives from the Office of the Prime Minister, the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force and the Anglican Archdiocese, Minister Hinds and his team identified several areas that require serious improvement.
