The TT Warriors crashed to a heavy 7-0 defeat in their friendly with the United States in Orlando, Florida last night. Terry Fenwick's men fell behind as early as the 2nd minute when Colorado Rapids forward Jonathan Lewis netted to give the Americans the perfect start. They never looked back and led 4-0 at the half, thanks to strikes from Jesus Ferreira of F.C. Dallas in the 9th, and two from D.C. United star Paul Arriola in the 22nd and 41st. Defender Miles Robinson scored his first international goal for the U.S. in the 52nd for 5-0, before Lewis added a second in the 55th and Ferreira rounded off the scoring in the 62nd. Both teams used the match as preparation for the World Cup 2022 Qualifiers and the CONCACAF Gold Cup coming up later this year.
