Hyatt Regency Trinidad has been struggling to keep its doors open since the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, Director of Sales and Events, Marissa Diaz, says the local market has been keeping the hotel afloat.
Acknowledging the many challenges that come with the hotel industry, Ms. Diaz noted that Hyatt Regency is the only internationally accredited hotel in the country for cleanliness.
Ms. Diaz was speaking during TTT's NOW Morning Show.
