The Port of Spain City Corporation and sailor Andrew Lewis are teaming up for a good cause. This, as the soon to be three-time Olympian has been granted land through a Memorandum Of Understanding with the Corporation to set up a sailing school. Port of Spain Mayor Joel Martinez hopes the school, which is similar to the one set up in Point Fortin, will have similar success.
