Wallerfield Farmers Complain About Crime

Farmers of Wallerfield, Arima are making a plea to the authorities to address the issue of crime plaguing them. One farmer said they are being attacked almost daily and targeted by criminal elements. The farmer spoke at the La Horquetta Talparo Constituency Town Meeting held on Wednesday. Mr. Bowen made a call for greater police patrols in the area to deter those committing violent crime. Member of Parliament for the area, Foster Cummings, also made a call to the police to address the issue of predial larceny, illegal quarrying and petty crime affecting the La Horquetta Talparo constituency.
