T&T Moves Healthy Community Programme

Member of Parliament for Mayaro Rushton Paray revealed his near-death experience that led him to aggressively seek medically assisted weight loss. He was speaking at the Mayor leg of the T&T Moves Healthy community programme being conducted by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service. MP Paray said his weight loss journey has thought him an important lesson. The "T&T Moves Healthy" program is one that encourages awareness of being in good health and calls for advocacy and adherence to healthy eating and lifestyles. Minister of Health Terrance Deyalsingh told Mayaro residents that they should not let the digital age spoil and encourage youth to become obese.
