It may have taken a little over a year, but the San Fernando to Chaguanas taxi stand has been returned to the top of High Street.
President of the Chaguanas/San Fernando Taxi Drivers Association Adrian Acosta said the move was done following a meeting with San Fernando Mayor Junia Regrello.
