San Fernando East MP Brian Manning says water issues at the Mon Repos Housing Development Corporation buildings have been dealt with and he has made improving living conditions there a top priority.
The seven buildings making up the Mon Repos project sit at the north eastern entrance to San Fernando and are home to dozens of families.
