The Court of Appeal has upheld its position, on the law principles and the constitutionality of the Sedition Act, Chap.11:04.
The decision shared on Friday by The Attorney General, Faris Al Rawi, reversed the decision by trial judge, Justice Frank Seepersad in which he struck down the Sedition Act as unconstitutional.
