The Archbishop of Port of Spain is asking Roman Catholics to use this Holy Week to cut back and reflect. He was said this while delivering his Palm Sunday sermon at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church in San Fernando. Archbishop Jason Gordon says now is a time to be aware of our faith. Archbishop Gordon recalled the Easter sermon of 2020 where he only had an audience of five persons present in the Cathedral. He said it was a terrible and difficult time that he hopes never to return to. He also noted that the COVID-19 pandemic and wanton killing of women in our society is a major cross that we all must bear.
