A Princes Town Magistrate has ordered a 26 year old man to stay 500 metres away from his brother after appearing before the Princes Town Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with sexual penetration of a child. The order from Indira R. Misir-Gosine was made as part of the man's bail conditions which were set at $175,000. He was also made to report to his local police station three times a week. The defendant, a truck driver, was charged following a report made by a 12 year old boy to Emergency Response Patrol officers in February 2019, that his brother allegedly forced him to engage in sexual acts. The accused will reappear before the court on May 14th.
