NP Sends Aid To SVG

The Trinidad and Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company has answered the call to lend humanitarian aid to the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. At NP's Sea Lots Office, employees assisted with packing 300 pails filled with non-perishable food items, sanitary items, and hundreds of cases of bottled water. NP's Communications team said the donated items were shipped to St. Vincent to assist those on the island as they continue to recover from the recent devastation caused by the eruption of the La Soufriere volcano. NP said it hopes the items go a long way to provide relief. The La Soufriere volcano erupted on April 8th, which resulted in the evacuation of over 4,000 people to shelters and has also left parts of the island covered in ash.
