Change In Explosion Pattern At La Soufrière

There has been a change in the ongoing eruptions of the La Soufrière Volcano in St. Vincent. Team Leader of the UWI Seismic Research Centre in St. Vincent, Professor Richard Robertson, gave this information on Friday. Professor Robertson noted that the gap could remain constant from this point on, or shorten. He noted that the ash fall for the last eruption on Thursday headed out to sea. He gave the update during a discussion with Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, on NBC Radio in St. Vincent on Friday.
