Head of the Homeless Assistance Office, Anthony Salloum, has been handed the keys to the ground floor of the Riverside Car Park, which was previously used as a temporary shelter for the socially displaced.
The decision by Port of Spain Mayor Joel Martinez to hand over the keys comes after mediation with Mr. Salloum.
