Mask Wearing Policy Remains

Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Roshan Parasram, says in order for the mask wearing in this country to cease, there must be herd immunity and no transmission of COVID-19 from person to person. Dr. Parasram was asked on the NOW Morning Show today what needed to be done to get to the phase of not wearing masks, as other countries are allowing their citizens who have been fully vaccinated not to do so. He's also reminding those who are immune-compromised to consult their primary health care provider before taking the vaccine.
