A Wallerfield woman was killed at a friend's house on Tuesday night.
The victim has been identified as Amanda West of Jacob Hill.
Reports are that Ms. West was at her home around 8pm when gunmen entered her living room and chased her.
Police said they were told the victim escaped and ran to a friend's home nearby where she was cornered and shot several times by her attackers.
Investigators have not yet determined a motive for the killing.
