A 49 year old woman died on Monday morning after she was run over by a car in Debe, South Trinidad.
The victim has been identified as Sadhna Ramcharan of Siew Trace, Debe.
Reports are that Ms. Ramcharan was crossing the road at around 5:45am when a car, driven by a 43 year old man of Belmont, attempted to overtake a maxi taxi and hit her.
TTT News understands Ms. Ramcharan was rushed to the San Fernando General Hospital where she later died.
