A daytime curfew will be in effect this coming weekend.
Even before the official announcement was made, Legal Notice No.180 under the Emergency Powers Regulations was making the rounds on social media.
The Order states that on Saturday and Sunday, the Labour Day holiday and Father's Day curfew will begin at 10am and continue to 5am the next day.
This is similar to the measures taken on the last two public holidays to discourage congregation.
