Smooth Start To CXC Oral Exams

Orals for the Caribbean Examination Council or CXC began this week. President of the Association of Principals of Public Secondary Schools of Trinidad and Tobago, Sherra Carrington James, told TTT News that things are moving smoothly. Remarking on next week's start of written exams, Mrs. Carrington-James says they have prepared extensively for them. Mrs. Carrington James says they have been receiving tremendous assistance from the Ministry of Education which has put at their disposal the services of the Student Support Unit. She says unfortunate incidents such as deaths in students' families have been an area in which the Unit has been more than helpful where schools may have been overwhelmed.
