Members of the Trinidad & Tobago cycling team have been putting in the hard miles as they get ready to compete at the PanAM Elite Track Cycling Championships, set for June 23rd -29th in Lima, Peru.
Three locally based riders, led by team captain and coach, two-time Olympian Njisane Phillip, Keron Bramble and Zion Paulido will form the Men's Team Sprint.
The other T&T based rider is Akil Campbell, of PSL Cycling Club, who will be contesting the Men's Omnium, Scratch Race and Individual Pursuit.
They will be joined by Heatwave Cycle Club's Alexi Costa, who will be doing the Women's Omnium.
The team leaves on Friday morning for Peru.
