Forty Tobagonians Found Breaching Curfew Over The Weekend

In Tobago, more than 40 persons were found breaching curfew regulations on the weekend. Police officials informed TTT News on Monday that since the start of the State of Emergency in May, over one hundred Tobagonians were found flouting restrictions. Among the violations recorded were consuming alcohol in a public place, gathering at the beach or a public place, being at a workplace, breaching curfew, and offering food for sale. Police officers on the island have also noted that persons have been using the curfew hours to visit construction sites to steal materials.
