The Taxi Drivers stood around leisurely in San Fernando on Tuesday as they refused to carry passengers to their destination.
Their demands are for more revenue, to be had, from transporting one more passenger per taxi.
The taxi drivers say they believe they are not being given a fair shake and are calling on the government to share in the many sacrifices that have been imposed on the populace.
The taxi drivers are hoping to join with maxi taxi drivers and stage another day of rest next Tuesday.
