July 2nd marks the fifth anniversary of the passing of former Prime Minister, Patrick Manning. His son, Brian Manning, remembers the contribution to the country and his family. Recalling that his father's dream was for this country to achieve developed nation status, Mr. Manning say this government is working toward that goal. Patrick Manning served as Prime Minister from 1991 to 1995 and then from 2001 to 2010. He also served as Member of Parliament for San Fernando East from 1971 to 2015 - a post which his son, Brian, now holds.
