There were reports of flooding around the country earlier today, as heavy rain pounded the East West Corridor.
TTT News cameramen braved the inclement weather and captured images of floodwaters in downtown Port of Spain, Diego Martin and Morvant Junction.
Motorists were forced to exercise extreme caution as they made their way through the floods, which also left pedestrians stranded for a few hours.
