The National Agricultural Marketing and Development Corporation's delivery contract with Prestige Holdings is an improvement on their previous agreement.
Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley gave some insight into the contract as he responded to a question from Member of Parliament for Naparima, Rodney Charles, in Parliament on Friday.
