Political Leader of the Unity of the People, Nickocy Phillips, says the party will be contesting several seats in the upcoming Tobago House of Assembly elections.
This, even though the political party was unsuccessful in previous Tobago elections. The Political Leader says the party will not give up.
Mr. Phillips lamented that there is the need for the finalisation of the Tobago Self Governance Bill discussions.
He is making another call for the Government to meet with all political parties in Tobago.
