Trinidad and Tobago has surpassed its July 31st vaccination target.
During the Prime Minister's press conference in Tobago on Saturday, Minister of Health Terrence Deyalsingh provided an update of the national statistics.
Minister Deyalsingh stressed that August needs to be a month of increased vaccination across the nation as there is still a long way to go.
And as the country continues to battle the COVID-19 virus, human resource in the Intensive Care department is being strengthened. The Health Minister informed that 30 Cuban ICU specialist nurses have been added to the nation's health sector.
