The Ministry of Health has confirmed a third case of the COVID-19 Delta Variant today, Sunday.
The variant was found in a patient who recently returned from the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The person is said to have had stopped over in Florida.
The Ministry of Health says as per protocol, the person provided a Negative PCR test which was taken 72 hours before their arrival.
The person has now been placed in a Step Down facility in isolation as directed by established policy.
