US Embassy Extends Condolences On The Deaths Of Two TT Nationals In New York

The United States Embassy has extended condolences to the family and friends of Premattie and Nicholas Ramskriet. The mother and son died tragically in New York on September 1st due to the unprecedented rainfall and flooding from the remnants of Hurricane Ida. They were both TT Nationals. Chargé d'Affaires at the US Embassy, Shante Moore, said similar to the Caribbean, the United States has experienced and shares the challenges and concerns that hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, and other weather-related events have on the health, safety, infrastructure, economies, and wellbeing of countries.
