MSDFS Partners With Angostura Limited To Provide Additional Support For Rodriguez Family

The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services partnered with Angostura Limited on Monday to offer some more assistance to the Rodriguez/Burke family. The family lost many of their possessions in a fire that killed three children at their home at Rookery Nook in Maraval in July. In August, the family was offered an apartment at the Vieux Fort Housing Development Complex. On Monday, Social Development Minister Donna Cox was joined by the CEO of Angostura Limited Ian Forbes who presented household items to the family to assist them. Among other things, the family received a washer/dryer combo, a computer desk, and a television set.
