Fire Destroys Bon Accord Home

A single-story house and a vehicle were destroyed in a fire on Sunday in Tobago. Just after 6pm, fire officers responded to the call at Store Bay Branch Road, Bon Accord. On arrival, they found the house and car engulfed in flames. Tobago Divisional Fire Officer David Thomas told TTT News there were reports that a vehicle was seen leaving the premises when the fire began. The family was said to be in Trinidad at the time. The home was valued at $648,000 and the vehicle, a Nissan B-15, $20,000. Investigations are continuing.
