The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) is concerned about several media enquiries surrounding the possible effects of the recently conducted exercise involving contracted officers. In a release, the TTPS said that all operations and services continue unabated. The TTPS, through its Executive, said units that are affected by the loss of one staff member or the other will function with all available resources. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Intelligence and Investigations, Mc Donald Jacob, says as is customary with most organisations, staffing arrangements may come under review and, where necessary, new persons may be hired to fill vacancies.
