Joel Jack: PNM Focused On Education, People Development

Deputy Chief Secretary in the Tobago House of Assembly, Joel Jack, said the PNM Administration continues to focus on education and people development. The PNM candidate for Bacolet/Bagatelle, while speaking during a campaign meeting at the Calder Hall playing field on Tuesday evening, said young men must not just get a job, but find meaningful careers to gain a sense of empowerment. Jack highlighted that the PNM THA Administration had improved the lives of entire families over the years by making tertiary education accessible to lower income Tobago households. He added that the PNM's support of entrepreneurs via policies such as the Enterprise Assistance Grant and Loan Programme has resulted in millions of dollars being disbursed over the years to Tobagonians wanting to start their own businesses.
