PNM Candidate for Bethel/New Grange, Downie Marcelle, says he has already begun to work for the people of the community by helping to fix its infrastructure.
Speaking on the NOW Morning Show, Mr. Marcelle vowed to "stay grounded" if elected in the upcoming THA elections and assured his tenure will be about service to the people.
Mr. Marcelle said he also has plans to empower the youths in the area.
The PNM Candidate for Bethel/New Grange added that he will bring the community closer and outlined his plan to do so.
The Tobago House of Assembly elections will take place on Monday December 6th.
