Property owners in Trinidad and Tobago have been granted an extension to submit their Valuation Return Forms. The Commissioner of Valuations is advising that every person in possession of residential land, commercial land, and agricultural land with or without buildings in Trinidad and Tobago that the final deadline has been extended to February 28th, 2022. Under Section 32 of the Valuations of Land Act, failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a criminal offence which is punishable by a fine of $5,000.
