Reigning Chutney Soca Monarch GI Beharry will have to defend his title against 14 Finalists on Carnival Saturday night, February 26th.
The official list was revealed by Chief Executive Officer of SouthEx, George Singh, on Thursday, and included artists such as Ranjeev Ramdeen from New York, Racquel John, Master Saleem and Neshan 'Hitman' Prabhu.
There will also be a "Queen of Chutney Soca" title which will be awarded to the top-performing female artiste at the Grand Final. Nisha Ramsook will be defending her title as the current 'Queen of Chutney Soca.'
The Semi Final, which took place on January 27th , featured 32 artistes.
Limited tickets are available for the Grand Final which takes place at SAPA in San Fernando.
All Public Health Protocols will be observed, and all patrons must show proof of vaccination.
